A Warning Against Spiritual Drifting In this “In Touch Ministries” podcast from the First Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA, Dr. Stanley warns us about losing touch with God and the results of drifting away from His will.

ICor. 9:19-27 Whatever It Takes  This evening, Bro. Jim uses the outstanding athletes of the Olympics as examples of people who are driven to a goal and he uses them to demonstrate the similarity of dedication and devotion we as Christians must have in order to achieve what God requires of us.

Ephesians 5:17-18 Living Out Loud By The Spirit  In this, part three of his series, Bro. Jim tells us that to live out loud the way we ought to, we have to be filled with The Holy Spirit. He also explains that The Holy Spirit is a person, not just a force or power alone and then he describes the difference between feeling The Spirit and being filled with The Spirit of God.

Palmer, Nebraska Mission Trip Bro. Jim addresses the congregation regarding the recent mission trip to Palmer, Nebraska from which he and several others just returned. After his opening, Bro. Steve and some of the youth who went, share their feelings and impressions about what they saw and did, how the Lord worked and what they got out the trip. Bro. Jim then expresses how God used them to minister to the people of Palmer and how the folks who prayed and supported the mission trip would be blessed.

Titus 2:11-15 Living Out Loud By Grace  In part two of this series on Living Out Loud, Bro. Jim explains the many aspects of God’s grace which He pours down upon us and how we should live our lives with anticipation of Jesus’ return.

International Church Planters  Bro. Bill Williams of International Church Planters presented an overview of their ministry to the congregation at First Baptist Church of Lepanto Sunday evening. Here, he explains how they help to start indigenous believers in Ecuador and other countries throughout the world to start their own churches and win souls for the Lord. Can God Use You? 

Dr. Stanley uses several excellent examples of great men and women of the Bible to show you that they too were just like you and me and yet God used them because they surrendered to His will and obeyed Him.

1 Samuel 17:17-24 Living Out Loud  Bro. Jim extols the virtues of living our lives out loud and not just being complacent in our Christianity.

We have all enjoyed a successful Vacation Bible School this year. It will culminate with a special service this Sunday night, 7-27-08 with a slide presentation and other surprises.
